About Package Sidekick
Package Sidekick is independent post-booking help for UK package holidaymakers. You've booked your flights and hotel together. We help with everything that comes next, and with what to do if something goes wrong.
What we cover: resort companions and airport transfer guides; plain-English guides to package holiday problems, such as transfers that don't turn up, hotels not as described, complaints and price changes; and a countdown checklist of what to sort before you fly. In winter we also run a smaller seasonal section on Christmas market and city breaks.
How we research
We check dates, opening hours and travel rules against official sources (organisers, tourist boards, airports and GOV.UK). We say clearly when something is only reported, and we keep anything we can't verify general. We don't publish made-up prices, ratings or statistics.
How we make money
Some links are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We may also show clearly labelled adverts or partner listings, and we plan to sell low-cost printable planners. None of this decides what we recommend. Read our affiliate disclosure.
