Email list
If you sign up for the post-booking checklist, we collect your email address, your departure date and destination, and optionally your first name, return date and trip type. We use them only to send the checklist and reminders timed to your trip (some include clearly labelled affiliate links). We use MailerLite to store and send these emails [CONFIRM the contracting entity and data location in MailerLite's DPA]. The lawful basis is your consent, given by ticking the box and confirming by email, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email. We clear your travel dates once your trip has passed and the follow-up email has gone [CONFIRM: e.g. within 30 days], and remove inactive subscribers after [CONFIRM: e.g. 12 months].
Analytics

Affiliate links and cookies
When you click an affiliate link, the partner or affiliate network may set cookies to record that you came from us. Those cookies are controlled by the partner, under its own privacy policy. We receive booking and commission data, but not your name or payment details.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have rights to access, correct and delete your personal data, and to object to processing. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
